After the breeding season, please enter information on use and success rate of artificial duck nests in the form below.

Information on several nests may be entered at the same time if all nests are of the same type (e.g. duck tubes) and placed at the same site. If you are using various nest types or putting up nests at several sites, the form must be filled in for each nest type and each site separately.
